- Position Title: Sr/Consultant- Financial Services Advisory

- Contribute to client engagements across financial services projects (banking, treasury, FX, fintech, digital transformation).
- Structure and deliver consulting assignments, applying proven methodologies and frameworks.
- Deliver strategic advisory projects: growth strategy, cost optimization, market entry, digital transformation.
- Develop top-quality client deliverables: strategy reports, financial models, transformation roadmaps, and C-suite presentations.
- Conduct financial and commercial due diligence to support investment decisions.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring communication and alignment at senior levels.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking studies to support strategic recommendations.
- Support business development by preparing client proposals, pitch decks, and industry insights.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to scale the firms market presence
- 4 to 8 years of experience in a top tier consulting firm with a focus on financial services.
- Strong knowledge of banking, treasury, FX, and fintech industries is an advantage.
- Solid consulting toolkit: problem structuring, executive storylining in PowerPoint, Excel/financial modeling, and client communication.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with C-suite engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
- Middle East/GCC project experience preferred.
