Company: Al Taabeer Contracting CompanyAl Taabeer Contracting Company is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with strong expertise in manpower supply business development and heavy machinery rental services.Key Responsibilities:Lead sales and marketing initiatives to grow manpower supply and heavy machinery rental services.Leverage existing client relationships and build new ones within construction and contracting sectors.Identify market opportunities, develop proposals, and secure high-value contracts.Prepare marketing strategies to increase brand presence and revenue.Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.Work closely with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of services.Requirements:Proven experience in manpower supply and heavy machinery rental sales/marketing.Strong portfolio of existing clients ready to onboard.Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Valid KSA driving license.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.Knowledge of GCC contracting and equipment rental market.Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing leadership.We Offer:Competitive salary plus attractive commission.Leadership role with direct impact on company growth.Opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing business.Apply Now:
