Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman with a strong background in civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in supervising concrete works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all activities related to concrete works on-site.Ensure proper planning and execution of concrete pouring, curing, and finishing operations.Monitor manpower allocation, material usage, and equipment for optimal productivity.Verify that work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety procedures and regulations.Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and quality teams to resolve any technical issues.Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to the site management team.Manage and train skilled labourers to maintain high standards of workmanship.RequirementsDiploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.Minimum 7 years of experience in concrete works, preferably in large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of concrete materials, formwork, rebar placement, and finishing techniques.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control measures.Good communication and reporting skills.Willingness to work extended hours and adapt to project schedules.Willing to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Must already be based in Saudi Arabia (KSA).To view other vacancies we have, please check our website ( ) and follow us on our social media accounts - / / /Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form to charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
