- Design and develop scalable data architecture and frameworks that support analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with business units to translate their requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership in the deployment of analytics platforms and tools.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across analytics systems.
- Mentor and guide data analysts and other technical staff on best practices in analytics and data science.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation of architecture designs, processes, and analytics best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Architect or Solutions Architect with a focus on data analytics.
- Strong experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of SQL and database management systems.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data processing and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead projects and mentor team members in best practices.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in deploying analytics solutions in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Relevant certifications in data architecture or data analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
