Set up, support, and manage Apple devices via Mosyle MDM, including profile deployment, restrictions, and updates.
Assist with the setup, software installation and configuration of devices for staff.
Deliver & Support IT onboarding and basic training to new users.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and equipment.
Liaise with vendors for warranty claims, hardware repairs, and system escalation.
