Job Purpose: Responsible for driving the strategic growth of the brand by identifying new business opportunities, expanding premium distribution channels, and building long-term partnerships within the high-end consumer electronics and luxury lifestyle sectors. The SDM plays a key role in strengthening brand positioning, increasing revenue, and enhancing market presence through proactive business development, strong partner engagement, and the consistent execution of B&O's global standards across the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and manage both new and existing business opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and nurture relationships with developers, interior designers, architects, and smart home integrators to drive referrals and integrate B&O solutions into premium projects.
  • Collaborate with third-party solution providers such as Lutron, KNX, and control system partners to generate project-based leads.
  • Support retail stores in creating and executing clienteling strategies aimed at expanding the customer base and increasing repeat purchases.
  • Utilize CRM tools to re-engage inactive clients and deliver targeted, segment-specific offers.
  • Work closely with mono-brand and multi-brand partners to drive performance and enhance brand visibility and representation.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners that align with Bang & Olufsen's brand values.
  • Ensure all partners uphold brand standards and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Hold final accountability for driving sales growth within the assigned region.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably within active sales of luxury solutions
  • Familiarity with home automation, AV integration, or smart living solutions is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with high-end brands or in a design-driven environment is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of generating new business and developing strategic partnerships
  • Strong understanding of channel development, distribution models, and retail operations in the premium segment
  • Ability to build and execute commercial strategies tailored to luxury market dynamics
  • Proven knowledge of the local market
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Passion for design, technology, and premium lifestyle experiences
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
