Job DescriptionA Reputable Company located in Riyadh is seeking to recruit a FM Site Supervisor.Skills

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
3 - 5 years of experience in FM or building operations.
Ability to manage technician teams, scheduling, and reporting.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and best practices.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to manage on-site challenges effectively and make quick decisions.
Fluent in English.

EducationConstruction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
