• Receive deliveries and verify items against purchase orders.

• Store items in appropriate areas: dry store, chiller, or freezer.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked storage environment.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO stock rotation methods for efficient inventory management.
• Record daily stock transactions accurately, ensuring data integrity.
• Issue items to kitchen and service teams as per approved requests.
• Conduct regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Report any shortages, damages, or expired items to the manager promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

• Basic knowledge of food storage practices and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret invoices and maintain simple inventory records.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting, moving, and arranging stock safely.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen and restaurant teams.
• Familiarity with stock rotation methods is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
