Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading coffee brand based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as Events & Catering Manager will be responsible for organizing innovative catering events that enhance customer experience, strengthen brand identity, and drive revenue growth through strategic catering and event management.Key AccountabilitiesThe role includes:
  • Design and implement catering events based on client needs and objectives, creating memorable culinary experiences for target audiences.
  • Prepare detailed plans for each catering event including menu planning, budget allocation, timelines, and required task management.
  • Communicate and coordinate with food suppliers, vendors, and catering partners to ensure provision of necessary resources and services.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and evaluations after catering events to improve future performance and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to promote catering services and maximize bookings and client engagement.
  • Organize innovative catering events that aim to enhance customer experience and attract target audiences.
  • Create opportunities to promote company identity and values through customized catering experiences and food presentations.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with external catering entities and suppliers to support events and increase their impact and reach.
  • Design profit-generating catering events that contribute to achieving the company's financial objectives and revenue targets.
  • Manage catering logistics including menu selection, food preparation coordination, service staff management, and on-site execution.
  • Monitor catering event performance metrics and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency and food quality standards across all catering services and client touchpoints.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in catering management, food service, or hospitality industry
  • Strong client relationship building and management skills
  • Effective department management and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proven team management and coordination abilities
  • Experience in budget management and cost control for catering operations
