- Organize the CLO’s schedule and fully coordinate meetings and official appointments.
- Receive visitors and delegations and coordinate reception procedures in accordance with approved protocols.
- Draft and prepare official letters and correspondence in both Arabic and English, as instructed.
- Organize and securely file documents in accordance with the company's information retention policies.
- Follow up on the implementation of administrative decisions and correspondence issued by the CLO.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and official mission expenses for the CLO.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on the resulting decisions and recommendations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including managing official email correspondence.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned within the scope of the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Finance, or Law.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in legal departments within the corporate sector.
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with all organizational levels.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in preparing professional presentations.
- Ability to design basic office visuals and layouts (if required).
- Punctuality and commitment to deadlines.
- Courtesy and professionalism in dealing with others.
- Ability to work under pressure.
