- Handle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Manage all manpower requirements including staff planning, hiring for direct and outsourced roles, and ensuring timely contract renewals.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation including employee records, contracts, and compliance with KSA labor regulations.
- Coordinate with outsourced manpower agencies and ensure performance, compliance, and payment tracking.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and updated in line with company goals and legal changes.
- Administration & Facility Management:
- Handle administrative functions including office management, staff accommodation, and transportation.
- Manage all facility-related contracts and services including:
- Maintenance Contracts (AC, plumbing, general repair)
- Electricity & Utilities (coordination with SEC or local utility providers)
- Telephone & Internet Services
- General Cleaning & Housekeeping
- Security Services
- All general administration affairs
- Ensure timely payments and proper documentation of all services and maintenance contracts.
- Supervise facility inspections, preventive maintenance, and vendor performance reviews.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure working environment that complies with company standards and local regulations.
- Government Relation Management:
- Ensure adherence to GOSI policies for all employees, including timely enrollment, updates, contributions and reporting.
- Ensure adherence the renewals, documentation, and compliance of all statutory licenses, permits, company contracts and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with finance and procurement for budgeting and vendor contract finalization and secure approvals as appropriate.
