- Oversee the planning and execution of experience design projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive creative solutions.
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment between design outputs and client expectations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly within user experience or design projects.
- Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or equivalent.
- Experience in agile methodologies is preferred.
