Location: RiyadhJob Summary:Our client is seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Financial Lines business, including D&O, PI, Crime, and Cyber insurance products. The successful candidate will drive profitability, lead high-performing teams, and manage regional operations across MENA and Africa.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability- Oversee underwriting, portfolio management, and risk management- Lead and develop high-performing teams across MENA and Africa- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers and clients- Analyze and report on financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvementRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Insurance, or related field- Professional certifications (e.g., ACII, CPCU) are desirable- 15+ years of experience in Financial Lines underwriting- Strong technical knowledge of Financial Lines products and policy wordings- Significant leadership experience in complex underwriting environments- Regional operations management experience in MENA and Africa
