Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Job Overview:We are seeking a qualified and proactive Safety Officer with NEBOSH and OSHA certifications to ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance at our site operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of safety experience in a plant or refinery environment and should be able to communicate fluently in Arabic and English.Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor site safety policies, standards, and procedures.Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and regular inspections.Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, internal safety standards, and client requirements.Deliver toolbox talks, safety training, and induction programs to workers.Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and safety observations.Assist in accident/incident investigations and report findings with corrective actions.Liaise with Aramco representatives (if applicable) and ensure client safety expectations are met.Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create safety reports, presentations, and documentation.Candidate Requirements:NEBOSH IGC & OSHA certification (mandatory)Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a plant or refinery settingExperience working on Aramco projects is preferredProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Fluency in Arabic and English is requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAble to work under pressure in high-risk environments
