E-Commerce Marketplace Account Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Support onboarding of e-commerce sellers and aggregators
Coordinate integration across web and mobile platforms (via plugins or APIs)
Monitor partner performance: click-to-transaction ratio, cart conversion, average order value
Recommend UX and CTA improvements to increase uptake during checkout
Run collaborative campaigns with merchants during peak seasons and sales events
Analyze product performance and optimize based on funnel metrics
Liaise with technical support, product, and fraud teams to ensure smooth operations.
Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with product, marketing, and credit teams to improve merchant-facing processes and features
Provide merchant feedback to support product enhancements and experience improvements
Help structure scalable merchant success frameworks and playbooks
May perform other duties as directed and required.

Technical Competencies

Comfortable working with APIs, plugins (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), or payment gateways
Strong analytical and reporting skills
