Conduct site assessments and gather client requirements
Configure and calibrate AV equipment for optimal performance
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of AV systems
Provide technical support during live events and conferences
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver customized AV solutions
Maintain documentation of AV system configurations and updates
Stay abreast of new AV technologies and industry standardsRequirements:Degree or diploma in Electronics, Audio Visual, or related field
Proven experience in AV system installation, integration, and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of AV equipment, control systems, and networking
Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
Certifications in AV technology are preferred
