- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate commercial insight throughout all project phases.
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts with stakeholders to secure advantageous terms while minimizing risks.
- Monitor financial performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and report on variances to ensure project financial health.
- Mentor and manage a team of commercial professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and clients to facilitate collaboration and enhance project success.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management on commercial performance and strategy.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure Qiddiya remains competitive and innovative in the market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10-12 years of experience in commercial management, ideally within large-scale developments or the entertainment sector.
- Demonstrated success in formulating and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret financial data effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in commercial management tools and project management software.
