Tourism Product Specialist / Manager

• Design and implement innovative tourism products and services that align with business goals and market demands.
• Analyze market trends, to identify opportunities for new product offerings
• identify customer-specific product solutions to enhance client engagement and revenue generation.
• Conduct research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, ensuring products address market demands.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Saudi tourism industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.
• Engage with travel agencies and other partners to promote new sales products.
• Prepare and present reports on product performance and development initiatives to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, tourism , Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in tourism.
• Experience in developing and managing sales products within the travel industry.

• Strong understanding of tourism products, pricing, agreements and distribution channels.
• Proven ability to develop and launch innovative products in a competitive market.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate product value to?stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
