Lead and review mechanical design activities including structural, piping, and equipment layouts for offshore platforms
Ensure mechanical designs adhere to project specifications, codes, and safety standards
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mechanical engineering teams
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project managers
Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and ensure optimal solutions
Oversee procurement specifications and technical evaluations of mechanical equipment
Support fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities with technical expertiseQualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical design for offshore oil and gas platforms
Proven track record leading offshore mechanical engineering teams in Saudi Arabia
Strong knowledge of offshore standards (API, DNV, ASME) and design software
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
