• Oversee daily operations of the dining area and kitchen
• Supervise waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly
• Coordinate between front and back of house to maintain service quality
• Report daily operations and issues to upper management
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are upheld

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in upscale restaurants
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Transferable Iqama only
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage teams
• Proficiency in using Foodics POS system is required
