Sales Supervisor - Riyadh

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in van sales and FMCG distribution.
• Strong knowledge of Riyadh market and routes.
• Ability to supervise a sales team, achieve targets, and manage daily operations.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in Arabic.
• Valid Saudi driving license is a must.
• Transferable Iqama.

• Lead and manage a team of van salesmen.
• Monitor daily route performance and sales execution.
• Ensure proper merchandising, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and report performance.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth delivery operations.
• Train and motivate team to reach sales goals.
