We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to join our beauty retail team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales of the floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of beauty-advisors. The Floor Supervisor will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and product knowledge.Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the floor, including opening and closing procedures
Provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer inquiries and concerns
Lead and motivate a team of beauty advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences
Train new staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution in a professional and timely manner
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
