Loads: All types (flatbed, containers, general cargo, etc. Must Have:1–2 years hands-on experience in dispatchingStrong with TMS, reports, Microsoft Excel & OfficeTracks drivers and trips via GPS & systemUnderstands driver behavior, load handling, and routingCommunicates clearly in English + Hindi (Arabic is a plus)Good follow-up, can manage time pressure, and think fastAssist in daily ops, planning, load tracking, and reportingImportant:This is not a training job.
