- Review HRMS capabilities and identify opportunities for automation to increase resourcing efficiency.
- Configure & test HR system implementation and ensure alignment with concerned departments.
- Ensure the HRMS system is updated to accurately reflect employee status (ID, job role, banks, etc.)
- Run health checks on HRMS records for all employment details on a regular basis.
- Provide on - going support to the users of the HRMS system to support development of the system and ensure maximum utilization of its capabilities
- Ensure internal compliance and audit new hire files when reflecting their profiles in system (hierarchy, position, financials, etc.)
- Maintain accuracy and update BA Organizational Structure design as per business dynamics
- Ensure Org Chart input and system reflection on a regular basis
- Support the function with internal activities such as queries with regards to new hires, leavers, Facility Management, etc.
- Support the business units with updates in their respective areas and ensure internal alignment
- Perform daily check and audit on internal integrated systems such as internal mobility and School Fees management
- Ensure all employment updates (e.g. reporting line changes) are reflected into the HRMS system and are carried out in line with the established policies and procedures
- Audit and approve employee School Fees claims in compliance with internal policies and document supporting documents.
- Assist in mandatory regulatory reporting and act as a point of contact with the control functions (SAMA, CCHI, etc).
- Assist the team in extracting and analyzing reports for decision making
- Act as a point of contact for employees on all Total Rewards operational matters including HRMS, integrated systems, reports and related queries.
