On behalf of our client, we are seeking to hire a General Manager to join their team in Jeddah.Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning:- Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and objectives.- Conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and assess potential risks.- Create and execute strategies to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.2. Business Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets and customer segments.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and suppliers.- Lead negotiations for major contracts, tenders, and partnerships.3. Operational Management:- Provide overall leadership and direction to all departments within the organization.- Ensure effective implementation of operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency.4. Financial Management:- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.- Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare financial reports, and present findings to the executive team.Requirements
  • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in the electrical industry, with a proven track record of success in leadership and management roles.
  • Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of financial management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
