Job Description▪ Monitoring overall project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing correctiveactions to keep the project on track.▪ Coordinating between multidisciplinary teams, including design, construction, procurement, andHSE, to ensure seamless execution.▪ Ensuring timely completion of tasks, tracking milestones, and maintaining adherence to projectschedules.▪ Managing project budgets and resources, optimizing cost efficiency while upholding quality andsafety standards.▪ Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, and subcontractors,to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.▪ Attending and leading weekly site meetings to review progress, resolve challenges, andcommunicate updates to all involved parties.▪ Overseeing compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, ensuring thatoffshore works adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.▪ Approving and reviewing method statements, ensuring that all construction activities align withapproved plans and best practices.▪ Facilitating decision-making and problem-solving, addressing technical, operational, andcontractual issues as they arise.▪ Ensuring proper documentation and reporting, maintaining accurate records of project progress,variations, and critical decisions.Skills
