- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, screening, interviewing, to onboarding
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other talent channels
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare reports to track hiring metrics and process effectiveness
- Prepare and update job descriptions in coordination with different departments
- Contribute to reviewing and improving the organizational structure based on business needs
- Support performance management processes and ensure completion of evaluations linked to training and development
- Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures
- Analyze training needs, develop training plans, and follow up on implementation
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and OD
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in hiring educational staff is a plus
- Exposure to HR/OD initiatives is a plus
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
