- Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers using strong value-based sales arguments.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and needs assessments for existing and potential clients to ensure solutions align with customer requirements.
- Develop, establish, and maintain positive and long-term business and customer relationships.
- Reach out proactively to potential customers through cold calling and follow-up activities to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets, milestones, and outcomes within the defined schedule.
- Coordinate sales activities with team members and relevant departments to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Analyse market and territory potential, monitor performance trends, and prepare accurate sales and status reports.
- Provide management with insights on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products or services.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, competitive positioning, and promotional trends to support continuous improvement.
- Continuously improve sales effectiveness by seeking, receiving, and applying feedback.
- Compliance with QHSE policies, procedures, work instructions and a code of practices applicable to international or national standards, and legal as well as contractual requirements.
- Diploma Level Education and qualification.
- 3 years of experience or more in similar field.
- Presentation skills
- Effective communication in English (written & oral).
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
