Our Client is seeking a skilled Site Engineer with hands-on experience in the installation of aluminum curtain walls, windows, doors, composite cladding, and frameless glazed systems (including tension cable and fin glass). The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.About the RoleThe Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation processes and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.Responsibilities

Supervise the installation of aluminum curtain walls, windows, doors, composite cladding, and frameless glazing systems to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Interpret and explain shop drawings and method statements to site workers.
Review material delivery notes to verify compliance with project specifications.
Attend project meetings, site progress reviews, and technical discussions.
Resolve site-related issues promptly and escalate deviations or technical concerns to the Manager.
Oversee installation and operation to ensure materials are correctly installed and functioning as specified.
Monitor site productivity and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in aluminum and glazing installations.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and installation methods.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple teams.
Familiarity with safety standards and construction site protocols.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in installation of aluminum and glazing systems.
