We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our supermarket in Jizan. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store functioning, drive sales growth, maintain high customer service standards, and effectively lead the store team.Key Responsibilities:- Manage overall store operations, encompassing sales, inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.- Supervise and lead store staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve store targets.- Ensure proper stock management, timely replenishment, and prevention of losses.- Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and adherence to food safety/hygiene regulations.- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.- Prepare and submit periodic sales and operational reports to management.- Train, mentor, and motivate staff for higher efficiency and productivity.- Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, warehouse, accounts, HR) for smooth operations.Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of experience in a supermarket environment.- At least 2 years of experience as a Department Supervisor or Store Manager.- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.- Knowledge of retail operations, stock management, and sales strategies.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary (commensurate with experience).Other benefits as per company policy.How to Apply:
