- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project teams, educators, and external partners, to ensure cohesive project delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for education-focused initiatives.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of educational projects to ensure relevancy and effectiveness in meeting audience needs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting best practices in educational project management.
- Identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration with educational institutions and agencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations related to education and learning experiences.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting project updates, outcomes, and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of educational program development and delivery.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadline adherence.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and feedback to enhance educational offerings.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and fostering partnerships within the education sector is beneficial.
