Important Note: - We are looking for an experienced Contract Management Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-7 years of experience roles within power or wind energy projects. He must currently be located in Saudi Arabia and available to join within one week.Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee the management of contracts within our organization in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are executed in compliance with legal and organizational standards, while also managing relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure obligations are met by all parties involved.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide guidance on contract-related issues and disputes.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and records.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage risk mitigation strategies related to contract execution.
- Provide training and support to team members on contract management processes.
- Prepare regular reports on contract performance and compliance for management review.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
- Minimum of 6years experience in contract management, preferably in the construction, engineering, or oil and gas sectors.
- Strong knowledge of local and international contract laws and regulations, particularly within Saudi Arabia.
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
