- Support workforce and manpower planning in alignment with business needs across corporate and business units.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, networking, headhunting, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Manage C-level and senior leadership recruitment requirements when needed.
- Lead offer negotiations, prepare offer letters and employment contracts, and ensure smooth candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), reflecting candidates’ progress at each stage of the hiring cycle.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs and metrics, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
- Coordinating with international recruitment agencies.
- Preparing visa authorization letters, employment contracts, and e-Wakala for Saudi embassy submissions.
- Ensuring compliance with Saudi embassy requirements for work visa endorsements.
- Supporting candidates through the visa and relocation process until onboarding.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field minimum.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in large organizations or holding companies.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, visa processes, and Saudi embassy requirements for work visa endorsements.
- Hands-on experience with overseas recruitment, particularly from Asian and MENA countries.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office, and recruitment platforms (e.g., Bayt, Naukrigulf, LinkedIn).
- Strong headhunting and direct sourcing abilities for mid to senior-level roles.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
