Develop and review structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects
Perform complex structural calculations and analysis using advanced software tools
Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction documents
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project success
Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and monitor construction progress
Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations
Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
Minimum of 12 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on large-scale rail projects
Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000 and STAAD.Pro
Strong skills in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
In-depth knowledge of building codes and standards, including familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong project management abilities and experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing and data analysis
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Willingness to travel to construction sites within Saudi Arabia as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently
