Tips: The Salesman is responsible for executing field sales activities, maintaining strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers, and ensuring the effective distribution and visibility of Adma Shamran trading Co FMCG products in the market. This role involves daily route visits, order generation, shelf merchandising, and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned territories.SalesmanResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and other clients
Achieve monthly sales targets and grow customer base
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Monitor product availability and visibility at client locations
Provide daily market feedback and sales reports
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in FMCG (preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of the local market
Valid driving license is an advantage
Self-motivated and target-drivenRequirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with 3+ year in a supervisory role
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and sales tools
Ability to train and motivate a sales teamQualificationsMinimum qualification required Pre-university (10+2)
