Job DescriptionFloor Supervisor | Riyadh | Lebanese-Syrian cuisine RestaurantA high-end Lebanese-Syrian restaurant in Riyadh is seeking an energetic and experienced FLOOR SUPERVISOR with exceptional presentation, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver an outstanding guest experience.Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within fine dining or premium casual dining.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and guest relations skills.
Outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
Lead, motivate, and train service teams to maintain high standards.
Handle guest interactions professionally, resolving issues quickly.
Work closely with management to meet operational and service goals.

Salary package:

Basic from SAR 8000 (USD 2100)
Accommodation
