DO NOT contact me if you are not in Riyadh.We are looking for a skilled Waiter / Bartender for a high-end restaurant in Riyadh. This is a dual role that requires strong service skills and proficiency in creating cocktails. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and currently reside in Riyadh.Responsibilities:

Take and serve food and beverage orders with excellent customer service.
Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails to high standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area.
Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and bar ingredients.
Recommend drink pairings and provide guests with menu knowledge.
Monitor inventory and assist with stock management.
Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service protocols.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role in a premium restaurant or bar.
Strong cocktail-making and mixology skills.
Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask between bar and floor service.
Presentable, reliable, and team-oriented.
Familiar with POS systems and basic inventory management.
