Retail Account Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Support onboarding of large-format and specialty retail stores
Conduct regular site visits and build relationships with store managers and sales teams
Deliver in-store training and ensure branding is well-placed and understood
Track performance metrics (GMV, transaction count, conversion rate) by location
Develop and execute local activation campaigns and bundles
Work with customer service and credit teams to solve field issues quickly
Ensure product messaging and pricing offers are clearly communicated in-store

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with Company product, marketing, and credit teams to improve merchant-facing processes and features
Provide merchant feedback to support baseeta product enhancements and experience improvements
Help structure scalable merchant success frameworks and playbooks
