As an Environmental Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our operations meet all local environmental regulations and standards. You'll play a critical role in developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental programs to minimize our impact and promote sustainability.Responsibilities
Conduct environmental impact assessments and risk analyses.Develop and maintain environmental management plans and procedures.Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and national environmental laws and regulations.Prepare and submit environmental reports to regulatory agencies.Lead environmental training for staff and contractors.Respond to and investigate environmental incidents and develop corrective actions.Stay up-to-date on new and changing environmental regulations and best practices.Qualifications
