Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and messages; respond or direct as appropriate.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other documents.
Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment runs efficiently.
Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor and proactive attitude.
