- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the effective execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project objectives.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure that all projects comply with organizational practices and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of project management experience in software development.
- Proven experience in managing projects through the entire project lifecycle.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
