As Chef de Partie – Pastry, you will be an essential part of the resort’s pastry team, playing a leading role in both the pre-opening and daily production of high-quality desserts, breads, and baked items. This role is perfect for a creative and precise pastry professional passionate about delivering memorable sweet experiences that meet Four Seasons standards of excellence.What You Will DoAssist with pre-opening activities including pastry kitchen setup, menu development, and recipe testing.Oversee the production and presentation of pastries, desserts, breads, and afternoon tea items for all outlets and events.Train and supervise Demi Chefs and Commis within the pastry section.Ensure adherence to portioning, presentation, and quality standards at all times.Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and HACCP compliance in the pastry kitchen.Work collaboratively with other kitchen teams and support special events and seasonal promotions.What You BringPrevious experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining pastry kitchen.Expertise in classic and modern pastry techniques, chocolate work, and plated desserts.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Creativity and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.Pre-opening experience is an advantage.Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
