Hiring: Architectural Engineer - NWC Rehabilitation Project

Project: National Water Company (NWC) - Maintenance & Rehabilitation
Location: Multiple Sites, KSAArkan Al-Afdal Contracting Company is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Engineer to contribute to the design and execution of our prestigious NWC building rehabilitation project.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review architectural designs, plans, and drawings for rehabilitation and upgrade work.
Ensure all designs comply with NWC standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with civil, MEP, and structural engineers to integrate design elements.
Conduct site inspections to ensure construction aligns with design specifications.
Prepare and submit material samples, method statements, and technical documents for client approval.
Provide solutions to design challenges and support the project team in implementing changes.
Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
5-8 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in rehabilitation, refurbishment, or upgrade projects.
Experience working on government or utility projects (e.g., NWC) is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, standards, and regulations.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
