We are seeking a skilled Senior Piping and 3D Design Engineer with expertise in process plant piping systems and proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for 3D modeling, piping design, and preparation of technical deliverables while ensuring compliance with international standards and project specifications. This role requires
collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.Key Responsibilities
  • Perform 3D modeling using AutoCAD Plant 3D for civil/structural, piping, and equipment
layouts.
  • Prepare and review piping design deliverables, including:
o Piping & Tie-in Lists
o Interface Matrices
o Plot Plans & Piping Layouts
o Isometric Drawings
o Material Take-Off (MTO) / Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Participate in 30%, 60%, and 90% 3D Model Reviews with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with process, mechanical, and civil teams to ensure design integration.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and international
standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API).
  • Assist in piping stress analysis and resolve design conflicts.
  • Support Navisworks clash detection and AutoCAD Plant 3D model reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in Process Plant Piping Engineering.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Plant 3D (experience with Spec Editor preferred).
  • Familiarity with Navisworks for model reviews and clash detection.
  • Strong knowledge of Piping Material Specifications (PMS) and industry standards.
  • Basic understanding of piping stress analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects.
  • Knowledge of CAESAR II or similar stress analysis software.
  • Certification in AutoCAD Plant 3D or related tools.

Salary Package 4000 - 4500 SR
