We are hiring a qualified General Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities across our construction sites in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have a Technical Diploma and at least 3 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably within the construction sector. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily maintenance operations across construction sites
Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Lead and guide maintenance technicians and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Inspect buildings, systems, and equipment to identify maintenance needs
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies
Report maintenance progress and issues to management
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
