- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, engineering, operations, and partner ISPs to facilitate clear communication and timely delivery of services.
- Coordinate end-to-end customer onboarding, provisioning, and activation processes for wireless broadband and DIA solutions.
- Support sales operations by facilitating contracts and progressing opportunities through to closure.
- Manage relationships with telecom operators and ISPs, ensuring effective service delivery and issue resolution.
- Engage with customers and field teams as needed to address requirements and support service activation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in partner coordination, order handling, and follow-up on provisioning and service issues.
- Perform occasional field visits and travel within Riyadh Province to support operational needs and customer engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications, ISP operations, or ICT
- Proven experience coordinating with partner ISPs or carriers to deliver services, including order handling and issue follow-up
- Experience supporting sales operations through contract facilitation and closing opportunities
- Strong background working with telecom operators or ISPs as partners or customers (such as Zain, STC, Mobily, or similar)
- Extremely fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to act as a liaison between customers, engineering, operations, and external partners to coordinate service delivery
- Willingness and ability to perform occasional field visits and travel up to 1–2 times per month
- Experience supporting customer onboarding, provisioning, and service activation processes in a telecom or ISP context
- Hands-on experience using ERP systems and partner portals for operational coordination
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce platforms
- Customer-centric stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently
