Job PurposeThe role holder is responsible for translating business needs into detailed product requirements and ensuring successful delivery through effective backlog management, stakeholder alignment, and close collaboration with development teams. The role includes defining user stories, prioritizing features, and contributing to product planning to support the overall product vision and strategy. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Core Responsibilities:

Break down features and business requirements into detailed user stories that capture the desired functionality as per the product business requirements.

Interfaces with product key stakeholders to define, develop, shape, and refine requirements of a software product at the heart of the customer's business.

Creates, maintains, and prioritizes the product backlog, release plans, and sprint backlog to ensure alignment with the overall product scope and customer vision.

Aligns with product managers on product roadmaps to ensure consistency with business goals and customer needs.

Manage communication and alignment with product management on release planning and deliverables.

Provide effort estimation for customization and features developments

Performs other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by line managerQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent

Years of Experience:

Preferred experience of (3 - 5) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise

Preferred Professional Certificates:

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)

Job Specific Skills:" Knowledge of global and regional trends and developments in IoT" Knowledge of iotsquared product and services portfolio" Problem solving and conflict resolution skills" Analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills" Communication and presentation skillsBusiness Language Skills:English language proficiency level is fluent.
