- Support daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor site activities and report on performance against operational targets.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and operational effectiveness.
- Assist in the implementation of risk management strategies specific to the construction environment.
- Provide training and guidance to personnel on safety practices and operational procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of site activities to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation regarding site operations, incidents, and compliance status.
- Actively participate in safety meetings and contribute to the development of safety culture on-site.
- Proven experience in construction operations or site management.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Relevant certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH) are preferred.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and dynamic environments.
