- Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot duct machinery and related mechanical systems in the factory.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure smooth production flow.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance and implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with duct machines in an industrial or factory setting.
- Proven expertise in mechanical maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for effective communication and reporting.
