- Develop and implement comprehensive ESG governance frameworks aligned with corporate goals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, reporting standards, and industry best practices.
- Oversee the preparation and dissemination of ESG reports, disclosures, and communications.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate CATRION's ESG initiatives and performance.
- Maintain corporate governance structures, policies, and procedures to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate governance meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Manage ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in ESG governance and reporting.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on ESG governance principles and practices.
- Stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices through ongoing professional development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to stay informed about ESG trends and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business processes and decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of ESG governance frameworks and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead ESG-related projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
- Champion a culture of ESG awareness and accountability throughout the organization, promoting ethical and responsible business practices.
- Monitor and respond to emerging ESG issues and stakeholder concerns, proactively addressing potential risks and opportunities.
- Participate in industry forums, conferences, and working groups to share best practices and contribute to the advancement of ESG governance standards.
- Support the ESG Director in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for ESG initiatives.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.

- Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
- Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes.
- Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in CATRION before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
- Reporting Cybersecurity incidents.
- Understanding of ESG principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, reporting standards, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with corporate governance structures and sustainability concepts.
- Project management skills, including planning and execution.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
